4. Your Files

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it solely to deliver the requested output. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you submit to the Service.

5. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and a paid Pro plan with higher limits. Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the output of any tool will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
